“colleague”意思是：n. 同事；同行
“coworker”意思是：n. 同事；合作者
二、用法不同
1、colleague：相对比较正式的表达，是一个比较广义的“同事”。
例句：On behalf of my colleagues and myself I thank you.
译文：我代表我的同事及我自己向你表示谢意。
2、coworker：侧重指一起共事的同事，比如我们团队的成员，我们部门相同等级的同事。
例句：What if I say something negative about a friend or coworker?

college是学院或者大学的意思，而colleague则是同事的意思，区别可以从以下例子看出：
